I've always enjoyed exercise and being in shape. I quickly learned physical fitness is only the beginning. We are body, soul, and spirit, and we function best when we support ourselves as a whole being rather than choosing one aspect.
In 2010, I began working with a local chiropractor who really changed how I viewed food and its effect on my body. This began my search for more holistic options for my family. A year or 2 later, I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils. I quickly saw how oils supported my family physically, emotionally, & spiritually. I, then, got certified in several techniques using Young Living Essential Oils.
From here, I learned how compressed emotions present themselves in the body. I began studying with Mastery Systems. I am certified in Life Upgrade Coaching, Sacred Body Language Translation, and Bio Optic Holography Facilitation. "Facil" means to make easy.
Today, I invest my time helping my world HEAR and RESPOND to their heart's highest request and reestablishing ease in all areas of their life - body, soul, and spirit.
